William Jones is an Associate of the Futures Program at the Future of Life Institute (FLI), where he leads FLI's religions initiative — supporting religious communities in voicing their faith-specific concerns and hopes for a world shaped by AI, and working with them to resist its harms and realize its benefits. He holds a First Class Honours degree in English from the University of Cambridge.
